The rapper - real name Darnell Carlton - laying in a hospital bed with plasters across his face and wearing dark sunglasses to hide the swelling. It is not known where he was shot but another photo shows a large bruise and more swelling on his right cheek.
The website claims no further details of the incident have been released but police are investigating the incident. Fortunately, Crunchy is expected to make a full recovery.
