Am Back!!! Living a Healthy Life....

Hey Dolls and Gents, i know have been away for a minute (very very long time)...lol.  

A lot has happened in the past 2 years. Work, studies, stress, DISTRACTIONS etc..phew! 

 Hey, guess what? am doing great and back to doing this again..lol. 

I really do have passion for what i do however y'all will agree with me that at some point in 

our busy lives, we all do need to prioritize what matters most!! 

Right, am not gonna sit here and bore y'all  with things you might not even care to know 

about ..lol. So let's get started. 

       My first come back post is an exciting one, it has to do with living a healthy life and making it your life style.How healthy are you? Do you have a healthy diet? Do you exercise regularly? Do you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day? Do you get enough sleep every day?
Our body is our temple, and we need to take care of it to have a healthy life.  Think of your body as your physical shell to take you through life. If you repeatedly abuse it with unhealthy food, your shell will wear out quickly. While you may look okay on the outside, on the inside, your arteries are getting clogged up with cholesterol and That’s not a pretty sight!
I have made living healthy my life style and i can tell you, its been an amazing transformation for me...

Here are  few tips on living healthy;

1. Drink more water. Most of us actually don’t drink enough water every day. Water is essential for our body to function – Do you know over 60% of our body is made up of water? Water is needed to carry out our body functions, remove waste and carry nutrients and oxygen around our body. Since we lose water every day through urine, bowel movements, perspiration and breathing, we need to replenish our water intake

2 Get enough sleep. When you don’t rest well, you compensate by eating more. Usually it’s junk food. Get enough rest and you don’t need to snack to stay awake. Also, lack of sleep causes premature aging, and you wouldn’t want that.
3 Exercise. Not just a few times a week, but every day. Movement is life. Research has shown that exercising daily brings tremendous benefits to our health, including increase of life span, lowering of risk of diseases, higher bone density and weight loss. Increase activity in your life. Choose walking over transport for close distances. Climb the stairs instead of taking the lift. Join some aerobics classes. Take up a sport of your liking (see tip #5)
4 Pick exercises you enjoy. When you enjoy the sports, you’ll naturally want to do them. Exercise isn’t about suffering and pushing yourself; it’s about being healthy and having fun at the same time. Adding variation in your exercises will keep them interesting.
5. Work out different parts of your body. Don’t just do cardio exercises (such as jogging). Give your full body a proper work out. The easiest way is to engage in sports, since they work out different muscle groups. Popular sports include basketball, football, swimming, tennis, squash, badminton, frisbee, and more... 
6. Eat more fruits. Fruits are a plethora of vitamins and minerals. Do you know that oranges offer more health benefits than Vitamin C pills? Taking in synthetic supplements are not the same as consuming the foods direct from nature. Fill your palate with these 10 most nutritious fruits: Watermelon, Apricots, Avocado, Apple, Cantaloupe, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Guava, Papaya, Strawberries.

Beyoncé invites survivors of the Boston Marathon bombs backstage on the Mrs Carter World Tour



Just days after putting her star-power behind a protest rally demanding justice for slain unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin in Manhattan, the superstar has shown her support for victims of the April 15 Boston Marathon Bombings.
After wrapping up the Boston, Massachusetts leg of her Mrs Carter Show World Tour on Tuesday night, the star took time out to meet with some of the brave survivors of the horrific attack.

It's Prince GEORGE ALEXANDER LOUIS of Cambridge! Kate and William proudly announce the name of their baby boy


The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have this evening revealed that their son - now the third in line to the throne -  will be called George.
Kensington Palace revealed the baby's full name will be George Alexander Louis. William and Kate's baby will be known as Prince George and as third in line to the throne will one day be king.
Kensington Palace said in a short statement: 'The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son George Alexander Louis.
'The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge.' 
By naming their son George - which is synonymous with British kings - it looks like the couple have followed tradition. However, royal sources say the baby's names are not supposed to be symbolic but that the couple genuinely like them.

miracle baby who was plucked ALIVE from a toilet pipe after being flushed away by the parents who didn't want him



An abandoned newborn baby boy found trapped inside a sewage pipe after being flushed down the toilet was today being nursed back to health in hospital.
The infant was heard crying in a section of the pipe directly beneath a toilet commode, the country’s state television reported earlier today.
Firefighters had to remove the pipe and take it to a nearby hospital where doctors carefully used saws to rescue the baby boy.
This is really sad, why would people be so cruel? Thanks you Lord for saving the baby.
