Singer Jennifer Lopez is said to quitAmerican Idol so that she could put her boyfriend Casper Smart first.
The 43-year-old made news after her decision to leave the judging panel of the popular reality TV singing show, after appearing in two seasons, and has been replaced by singer Mariah Carey.
Lopez’s decision was reportedly influenced by the fact that she was struggling to juggle her role on the show with raising her children, four-year-old twins Max and Emme as well as her demanding music career.
Her boyfriend, and backing dancer Casper Smart is also thought to have strongly impacted her decision
''Jen always puts her men first and Casper is no exception," a source told Heat magazine.
